Andrew called to say he was running late and would be here at 9. He arrived at 9 reviewed the work to be done and provided grout color samples. He completed the project in the afternoon, reviewed what he had done, and stated the shower and a section of the floor needed to dry for 48 hrs. I'm very satisfied with Andrew's work. Sir Grout did a great job with cleaning, restoring, and sealing the grout in our master shower. It looks practically brand new! Scott and Jonathan were both amazing to work with punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. I've used them once before for marble resurfacing and I will definitely use them again.

These guys were so great. I manage rental properties and called to get a quote for a house to have the kitchen/bathroom grout cleaned. Scott came quickly and explained to me that of course, they could clean it, but the grout itself is dark. So even once they clean it, it still won't look "clean and modern." He explained that they could change the grout color to match the tile color so it would look better. He wasn't wrong! His team was kind and hard working. When we reached out to have a few spots touched up the next day, they came right back to take care of it. I would definitely recommend this group and will definitely be using them again.

We are thrilled with the results from the restoration of the floors in our home!!! I have been so disappointed with the grout for many years and had tried everything to make them look better. A neighbor told me about Sir Grout so I gave Scott a call, and WOW I could not be happier. Andrew the service tech arrived on time and was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and really took his time to make our floors look new again. He helped us to pick out a new color for our grout and what a work ethic!
