We had Sir Grout do our tile floors in January. Everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient! They did a great job! Scott gave us the estimate and Andrew and his assistant did the work. They were very helpful and explained what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this company!!
On Monday, January 17th, Andrew came in and resurfaced our Master Bathroom floor, as per the specifications that you outlined for me during your consultation with me back in November. I am happy to report that Andrew did an incredible job of resurfacing! The floor has never looked better. We had originally thought over the past years that we were going to eventually have to replace the floor. Now, an expensive replacement is not necessary, thanks to Sir Grout and Andrew! But most important, my wife loves the appearance of the "new" floor! As is often said, "Happy wife, happy life!" Thank you! Not only to Sir Grout, but especially to Andrew! He did an exceptional job on the floor, as well as the repair of the grout in the shower stall. We couldn't be happier! Please express to him our gratitude for a job well done! My Sir Grout team was on time and very nice to work with. They were professional, worked very hard, but took time to answer questions. There was one very small spot that got missed, and within hours a team member was back to fix it. My floor looks like new! So very pleased.

Had ceramic floor tiles in the foyer and long hallway, cleaned and grout treated to resist dirt (which dried in a short period of time). The floor shines, after waiting one week for the floor to cure, dirt and dust were so much easier to sweep up. The explicit easy maintenance instructions were provided by Will. The crew worked very hard polishing our travertine floors. When done the tile shows a high sheen, making the rooms brighter and larger. They also sealed our granite countertops. The crew recommended the proper sealant to use in the future on the wood floors and countertops. We are very satisfied with their work.
