We have been disappointed in our natural stone tile floor in our master bathroom since installation 3-1/2 years ago. Decided to call Sir Grout after seeing their ad in one of the local magazines. The owner Scott came out to look at our floor and immediately saw the problem. The wrong sealer had been applied and the floor was not properly cleaned. We scheduled the service.

Jonathan, the technician from Sir Grout was excellent. Nice, courteous and polite, he took a great deal of care in prepping the area around where he would work.

After completion we are delighted. The floor looks the way it should have been since day one. Jonathan cleaned up and left our house spotless. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Sir Grout.

I wished I had known about Sir Grout 3 1/2 years ago when I moved into my house! My four tile floors turned out so well! They are now so shiny and clean-looking. The grout had turned different colors in the bathrooms due to years of wear. Not any more.

I even had the grout color changed in my large entryway to a white grout color from a black color. It is so gorgeous and up to date now that I don't want to cover it up with a rug. The whole room looks different and so much better! Thank you, Sir Grout!!!!
