Sir Grout of the Low Country is a wonderful company. We had the kitchen granite cleaned and sealed also the kitchen tile floor cleaned and I picked the grout color that makes it almost disappear as it matches the tile. We also had them to do the guest bathroom tile and again it almost disappears on that one too. This made the tile look brand new. I highly recommend this company.

We had the kitchen and master bath floors cleaned and regrouted as well as a granite bathroom vanity top polished. Everything came out beautiful and like new!! Great staff, came the day they said would and meticulously cleaned up after. Would highly recommend!!

Just recently used Sir Grout of the Lowcountry for the first time. Target area was cleaning the granite counters. Mr. Scott, CEO, offered several suggestions, which included applications and costs. We concluded just a clean and polish would work. The proposal was accepted, and within a week their technician was in the home. Mr. Andrew. On-time and very professional. Explained the process with regard to sealing porous granite. The personality of Mr. Andrew was so entertaining. Offered advice going forward, greatly appreciated. Was told some customers do not recognize any difference. Wrong, we noticed a very pleasant change, even with our daily cleaning regime. The entire experience was completely hassle-free, from the quote to the scheduling to the actual work, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. We had a can of Pledge explode in our laundry room, which is another story for another day, and leave etch marks in our travertine. Barry came in to give us an idea of what it would take to remove those marks and by the time he was done, we were so impressed that we decided to have Sir Grout do all of our travertine throughout the house as well as replace the grout in our master shower and master bath countertops. The workmanship was excellent and the team was extremely polite and professional. We would, and will, use them again!
