We are thrilled with the results from the restoration of the floors in our home!!! I have been so disappointed with the grout for many years and had tried everything to make them look better. A neighbor told me about Sir Grout so I gave Scott a call, and WOW I could not be happier. Andrew the service tech arrived on time and was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and really took his time to make our floors look new again. He helped us to pick out a new color for our grout and what a work ethic! You could really tell he loved his job and really cared about making us happy. The final results were amazing!!! We are going to have them come back in the near future and do the rest of the rooms in our home including our master bath shower. Thank you Andrew and Scott for making this a wonderful experience.

Excellent work! Our travertine tiles look like new and the work they did on the shower floor has it also looking like new. They made recommendations to keep the floors looking like new. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Workers were respectful of our time and alerted us they were held up in traffic and would be arriving a little later than expected.
My wife did not think we needed to have all the travertine floors honed and polished but she definitely ate her words when they were done. The floors look amazing. It made a night and day difference!
