Scott and Carter were professionals throughout the whole process. I was ready to have new floors put in but once Carter got through with our bathroom floors it looked like all new floors. The recommendations that Carter made with color were spot on in what I needed. He was very nice in doing one bathroom in the color I thought I wanted so that I could see in whole the result as just one small area was not enough.
